What are we looking for?
We are seeking a hardworking, dedicated and instinctive retailer who has experience with building first class teams within a Speciality based multi-site retail environment.  Our Operations are expanding into Tasmania and we want to talk to motivated, experienced Retail Leaders to spearhead our expansion.  This newly created role will be responsible for managing the growth of our retail and wholesale operations as well as hiring, training and developing our team in Tasmania.  This position will be based in Hobart and the successful applicant will be required to travel interstate for 4 weeks training.

Your responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Drive store sales growth by providing clear direction, instruction & communication;
  • Directly lead, manage and coach all areas of workforce planning, labour control and people performance;
  • Ensure the stores in your region meet and exceed all required operating standards and day to day operations of running the business;
  • implement and drive marketing campaigns and visual merchandising across all stores;
  • Assist in the recruitment of new employees for stores;
  • Investigate and take action to prevent stock or cash losses;
  • Conduct performance analysis of KPI’s and take action to grow sales and improve store performance;

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience of leading multi-site teams in retail; 
  • Recruitment and performance management experience;
  • Sound time management and organisational skills;
  • A proven business and commercial acumen;
  • Outstanding people engagement skills and leadership;
  • Able to work some nights and weekends as required;
  • Full Driver’s Licence;
  • Tertiary or Certificate qualifications in a relevant field will be highly regarded;
