Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the recruitment process of new employees as required and manage the staffing levels needed for your state
  • Bench plan the staffing levels needed for your state to allow for future growth in all levels of Store based roles
  • Design and implement Induction Training to new team members within your State Centre of Excellence & manage training plan progression
  • Work with L&D to develop & implement new training resources as required
  • Participate in meetings and provide feedback to ensure the quality of these meetings is consistently increased
  • Strong knowledge of company policies and procedures and ensure these are upheld

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong, recent retail experience
  • Experience in the recruitment process
  • Demonstrate ability to train, coach and motivate individual or teams
  • Able to solve problems and use initiative when required
  • Current Police check or ability to obtain one
  • Excellence in communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
