The Opportunity

We are seeking a hardworking, successful retailer with a track record of coordinating successful store launches.  Your new role will see you managing stock levels of new stores to ensure they open on time and with full stock availability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the new store stock build process to ensure new stores open on schedule with full stock availability
  • Liaise with the Above Store Team to guide the range and depth of merchandise in new stores to meet store size and suit the demographic
  • Attend and represent planning in the new store meetings on a weekly and ad-hoc basis
  • Provide reporting and analysis on new stores to ensure we are driving the growth in line with sales feedback and seeking ways to achieve continuous improvement
  • Support the allocations team as required to raise purchase orders and fulfil replenishment

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Intermediate or better MS office skills, including macros, pivot tables and V-lookup
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking ability 
  • Ability to convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals / groups at all levels 
  • Maintain performance under pressure or opposition (e.g. time pressure) • Good commercial awareness
  • A background within FMCG and/or Specialty Retail will be highly regarded
